Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

Free White-Glove Delivery is included on every order at no additional cost. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout.

Estimated delivery: 1 to 3 weeks from the order date, depending on location. We ship from our warehouse in Fort Lauderdale, FL to the contiguous United States.

Within 60 miles of Fort Lauderdale: our own delivery team brings your sofa inside, places it in the room of your choice, unboxes it, and removes all packaging.

Everywhere else in the contiguous U.S.: we deliver through our white-glove carrier partners, who bring the sofa inside, place it, unbox it, and take the packaging with them.

Your sofa arrives pre-assembled. There is nothing to build and no tools required.

Damages & Defects

Inspect your order on delivery. If any item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 10 days at info@garellifurniture.com with photos and a description. We will repair, replace, or refund at no cost to you.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

We warrant the frame, legs, hardware, and suspension of every Garelli sofa against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

The warranty does not cover normal wear over time, cushions and covers, stains, accidental damage, pet damage, fading from sunlight, commercial use, or damage from modifications.

To file a claim, email info@garellifurniture.com with your order number and photos. We respond within 1 to 2 business days.
