“If you're thinking about it, buy this couch!! We were shopping around for couches when I came across a YouTube review for the Garelli Cloud Sectional. We were pretty set on the RH one but decided to give this a go because it was a fraction of the price. I'm SO happy that we did. We purchased the four piece with ottoman in Ivory. I was nervous because we were unable to sit on it in person but when it was delivered it exceeded every expectation. The feel of the fabric was a nice surprise. It's much softer/ cozier than the RH fabric and has made cleaning small spots from spilled tea (and even raspberries) very easy. Also, the stuffing in this couch holds a better shape than the RH couch so it doesn't look as messy/ disheveled while maintaining the cozy cloud couch feel. I love the ivory color. It's a very subtle more warm off-white. Lastly, Garelli furniture was the best to work with. We placed an order on Black Friday (with the intention of having it by Christmas where we would be hosting our families) and Garelli worked tirelessly with us and our final mile delivery company to ensure that happened (thank you SO much!) I think this couch is an absolute steal for the price + quality and we are so happy with it!”

“Was a little hesitant at first ordering furniture sight unseen and from a non big brand company but they knocked it out of the park. Alonso especially was incredibly helpful - instant communication by WhatsApp. Photos to show me what the couches look like in person initially AND after a year of use. Details on the fabric, stuffing, structure, detailed measurements - everything seamless. Truly a small company - I presumed Alonso was only a sales manager but he came himself with the truck up from Florida to deliver to NY (they had multiple orders in the area).
Delivery was seamless. Communicated the entire time - I had to be away but they got access to the house, sent photos of the process, set it up, removed all the packing (I hate dealing with boxes) and even took off their shoes during the process.

We received our couch in the expected time frame with zero delivery issues. One pillow was missing, and a fabric pull was noticed with a cushion cover. I emailed Garelli during the holidays and received a prompt response and delivery with the missing item and replacement cover. “Wonderful couch, wonderful delivery, and discussion leading up to purchase. Unfortunately, I owned it only 10 days before Hurricane Helene flooded my home. Forewarning, they offer no warranty, so the beautiful couch I had for less than 14 days, is sitting in storage growing mold until I can shell out money for another one because there is nothing Garelli offered as a result of this loss.”

“This is the most comfortable and cozy couch, I've ever sat on. I was not supposed to recieve my couch for 2-3 weeks, but Garelli was able to work something out, and It arrived in just a few days, which was super nice considering I just moved into an empty house.
They had great communication throughout the entire process, from when I initially reached out, up until it was delivered.

(Chad is the best delivery guy ever!) the couch is super comfortable, definitely worth the price, and easy to clean. It's definitely WHITE so you do have to be careful but it's gorgeous. “The best cloud sofa with the best customer service experience I've ever had thanks to Alonso! Coming from an awful experience buying a cloud dupe from a third party seller on Amazon I was hesitant buying yet another sofa I had not seen in person and sat on, but Alonso was nothing short of amazing. He was very responsive and to say I live 9 hours away he reassured me that I will love the sofa and that he was so confident he would drive it to me himself and knew I would fall in love with it so he wasn't worried that a waste of time would be had and boy was he right! I purchased the sofa and he drove it down, again 9 hours away the very next day in time before the holiday and before my family made it in. He also set it up, I didn't have to lift a finger!! “The couch is great, the whole family enjoys lounging on it. The service was excellent, delivery and clean up. Very professional and quick. We already had a mishap happen with a stain. It was tough to get it out considering the performance fabric. Because of the linen weave, it was really embedded in there. However with stain remover and some time in the sun I was able to get it back to original condition. Appreciate the removable covers for this reason, gives me greater peace of mind. Felt like the cushions slide a little but I think as we wear it in they're settling better. Either will add some grub underneath or just leave it. Considered docking a star for this reason but truly the couch is comfortable and seems to hold its shape well. At first I doubted my decision but it's getting comfier as we use it! For the price for size and the ability to get it so quickly, very worth it.”
