Every Garelli sofa includes complimentary White Glove Delivery and in-home setup at no additional cost. Our team will bring your sofa inside, place it in your room of choice, and remove all packaging. Estimated delivery: 1–3 weeks from order date.

14-Day Returns

We want you to love your Garelli sofa but if you're not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions:

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. White Glove return pickup is required and billed at actual carrier cost depending on location. Original delivery fee is non-refundable. Items must be in original condition — free of stains, tears, pet hair, odors, or signs of extended use. Custom fabric orders are final sale. All original pieces must be returned together. Garelli reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Limited Lifetime Warranty on Frame

We stand behind the structural integrity of every Garelli sofa for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Covers manufacturing defects in the frame, legs, and hardware. Does not cover normal wear, stains, accidental damage, pet damage, or commercial use.

To file a warranty claim, email info@garellifurniture.com with your order number and photos. We respond within 1–2 business days.
