Free 30-Day Returns — Brand New Condition
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are brand new, unused, and in original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll get a full refund to your original payment method. Return shipping and handling are covered by us.

Opened or Used Items
If the sofa has been unboxed or used but remains in like-new condition, it may still be eligible for return within 10 days of delivery. These returns will incur a 20% restocking fee plus the delivery or pickup cost, depending on your location.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, clearance items, or pieces with visible signs of wear (stains, pet hair, odors, etc.) are not eligible for return.

Exchange or Damaged Items
If your sofa arrives damaged or defective, we’ll repair or replace the affected piece(s) at no cost to you. This includes damages that occur during shipping or delivery. Just contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Warranty
Our sofas come with a 3-year warranty on the frame and springs. This warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, cushion softness, or fabric discoloration over time.
