Trade Program Terms

Trade pricing is available to approved professionals in the United States and applies to orders placed by the account holder for their clients' projects. It is not combinable with site promotions; you receive whichever price is lower. Membership is not transferable and may only be used by the approved member.

Misuse may result in termination of membership, and includes use of the trade discount for personal purchases, sharing your code with a client or anyone else, resale of merchandise purchased with the trade discount through any retail outlet, claiming reimbursement of the trade discount on a returned item, and submitting false or expired information in connection with an application.

Trade orders follow our standard return policy: returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, less a 20% restocking fee and return shipping charges.

Sales tax exemption requires a current state resale certificate on file, renewed annually. Delivery is available in the US mainland only.

Limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in the frame, legs, and hardware, and does not cover normal wear, stains, accidental damage, pets, or commercial use.
